As a model, you no doubt want to keep your body in the best possible shape. You make your money by looking slim and sexy in front of the camera, so working out and staying fit is more than vanity.

Two of the most popular machines in gyms are treadmills, the old stand by, and elliptical trainers, the newcomer. So, considering ellipticals vs treadmills, which one is right for you?
You should probably stick with an elliptical trainer. Treadmills are awesome if you are training for a road race or if you want to maintain a high intensity. As an already thin, looking to stay thin, model, you don’t need an incredibly high intensity workout. You just need to keep your heart rate in the moderate range (130 to 170 bpm). Plus, ellipticals are easier on your joints… you don’t want to be sore, beat up, and tired, do you?
